People have been skeptical about sound frequencies and how they can heal the mind and the body. Im not to sure about the science of it but I do know that our body does respond to sound frequencies the same way our eyes perceive light frequencies and effects our mood. Now ive been trying these tones to heal my body and mind and believe these frequencies might be working. Im an explorer of existence and try new things whenever possible. A buddy of mine really got me into the subliminal message tapes and im still trying to prove it wrong for the sake of science.

Another thing ive been trying is meditation which can be a very life changing experience and let you see sides of yourself buried within. Now if you dont want to pay for those mediation music cds just go on the old bittorrent machine and look up subliminal. I really hope everyone on my blog keeps an open mind about this, be a scientist in this case and see what they do for ya. One subliminal tape ive been listening to is Stop Smoking by Kelly Howell And this has helped me lose my craving for smoking. Try downloading it and comment back and tell me what you believe and if it worked for you. I totally wanna hear opinions on this subject because neural science is extremely fascinating.

Now one of my step brothers has diabetes and he became curious about the sound frequency healing tones and he wants me to download the anti diabetes tone. This I think could help repair his pancreas if the brain is told to make new cells. I think I need to have faith in this and believe in god and maybe these tapes and god will help me make a positive impact on the world.

This guy is truely inspirational in this whole idea.
