Ive been working out alot lately and geting better results on my body im trying to get rid of fat in certain areas. I sound like a teenage girl i know but i really want to look good. I have been eating correctly mainly fats and proteins. The workouts I do are pushups, biking about 2 miles, weight lifting, basketball, and running. I think im using the energy to create more muscle and use the energy stored in my fat to get rid of it in places of my body that I dont want it. Im really hoping to look better and feel better although im 6'2" and 160 lb I think im just right but I still think i could be slimmer and stronger if I do it right.
One more note, I have been using the perfect pushup and wow does it produce results. The twisting motion of the two rotation plates allow your arm to rotate, like throwing a punch. And this works several muscles at once making it one of the coolest devices ive used in a while. Check out the youtube video i found on how to best workout with these things.
